Shania didn't get well enough to have her first wish, which was to go on the Disney Cruise. But she never let that get her down. Here she is with Mickey June 09 2007

P.S. When life gives you a lemon, just make lemonade and sell it to raise money for Neuroblastoma Research. But most important of all, just like Shania would say, turn that frown upside down and keep on smiling. she sure did :)
